The room and hotel were recently upgraded, so we had a nice fresh feel about it. The cleaning staff are lovely. Always greeting you with a smile. The pool is basic and the breakfast is nice, large selection

Breakfast buffet after 3 or 4 days becomes monotonous. The reception, in my opinion, wasn't overly friendly. They were nice but nothing special. We had a very hard time trying to book taxis to this hotel. Not sure if its the system the hotel uses to book taxis but on 3 occasions we had to cancel taxi after waiting 45mins. When we went outside on the 3rd occasion and went to taxi rank, we were informed that taxis are quiet that night and not sure why a delay was happing for us at the hotel.

Good value for money

Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned everyday and I have no complaints at all about the room. Lobby was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, I was greeted with a meal when I arrived late in the night which was greatly appreciated. The location was good only short walk to the beach front- although the beach was extremely busy which I expected for July. It was impossible to find an empty sun-lounger and I quickly realised you need to come before 10 to find a empty space. You are also charged for these ( around €4.50 for a sunlounger and up to 14€ if you also want a parasol . The hotel also charge for beach towels at €3 per day however I noticed there are many many shops selling beach towels for around €5. It seems better value for money to either bring your own or buy one from the shops as opposed to renting from the hotel.

My only issue was the food. The selection was very limited which would not be an issue if majority of the food items were not meat- based. For each meal, there would only be one dish that was suitable for vegetarians and that was often pasta and fries. If you are a veggie/vegan I would not recommend opting for an all inclusive or half-board for this reason. However I would say i really enjoyed the pastry and fruit selection at breakfast- it was definitely a highlight of the meals

Lovely hotel

I was a bit hesitant at first with the Ai-generated images, but in reality the hotel looked equally nice. It's not too big so it does not feel overly crowded. The hotel is not situated on the beach as the photos slightly suggest but it's a few meters away. Rooms are basic but in a lovely style and spacious enough. The buffet was tasty and varied. We had half-board which made it more convenient with little kids. We never had the same food, it was well prepared and delicious. Drinks are rather highly priced (but the same in the entire region) Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room (first floor) had a big terrace, long chairs and a drying rack for bathing suits etc. The hotel is situated in between the beach promenade and a walking/shopping street with many restaurants, bars and shops. The pool is relatively small but never crowded and big enough to do a few laps. It even has a secluded section for children (bare in mind though that pools are not heated in Mallorca) The beach here is superb with little kids. There is free parking in the street and at the end of the street there are (very)small parkinglots.

Unfortunately there was a cocktail bar on the opposite corner of the hotel which played loud music. It made us sleep with our windows closed to block the noise out. (They go on till around midnight) Sometimes it was extra hectic due to additional entertainment in the hotel itself. So with little kids, the hotel should put you more in the back (overlooking the pool) rather than the frontside. I did request this in advance but we got the room closest to all the noise. Bummer. Because of the loud music, it was impossible to sit outside on the terrace or sleep with the window open as the kids would wake up.

Wonderful

We had half pansion deal. The dinner was very rich. Wonderful view from the balcony. Best location - in the very center, close to evening concerts.

Although personel was very helpful, they do not know English too well. It slowed down the communication.

Good value, well located hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is ideally situated just one minute's walk from the beach. The rooms are clean and modern although the bathroom was a little on the small side. It was worth paying more for a pool view room because that allows views of the sea from the balcony. Breakfast buffet was great - plenty of choice for all tastes.

As mentioned above, the bathroom was tiny. The lounge/bar area was a little dated. The pool was very cold (sea is much warmer!)

It is very close to the sea side, friendly staff.

We had a room for two adults and one child. The child’s bed was a foldable bed with a thin mattress. We had no space to move around as it was very small room, the bathroom and balcony were the same, very small. Breakfast was very basic and the same all mornings, dinner was good, tasty and diverse, coffee wasn’t the best; no drinks were included at dinner which is understandable but they could offer at least tap water for free, you have to pay for this.

The hotel was always clean and tidy. Staff are all friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Antonia, she really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Our room, number 224, was fairly small but very comfortable and the bed was sooo divine I didn't want to leave it, .

The food is below average. Not much choice at all and the menu was basically the same every day. No choice at all for vegetarians except salad, very poor. There didn't seem to be snacks or anything to have between meals. There were a few tiny biscuits and sandwiches next to the bar but that was all. The hotel seems to be geared up more for the German tourists and not the British, but we were still made very welcome.

Great value, Kind staff, Amazing location!

This is a great value hotel. You are a couple minutes walk from the beach, near lots of shops and supermarkets. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The breakfast had lots of options, continental and cooked. The staff are very kind. There is a bar with nightly musical entertainment. The room was cleaned every day. You can’t go wrong for the price.

Twice I had cleaning people come into my room without knocking first. The second time i was asleep in bed. They left straight away when i realised i was there but they should knock first. This is only a slight niggle.
